Overview
Leadership Works is one of the best trainers of senior teams in large organizations in South Africa, and they are expanding globally at an impressive pace. They work with massive companies such as Shell, Eskom and Tiger Brands to name a few. They are renown for their ground breaking content and interactive teaching techniques. Their website had become so out of date, they were embarrassed to send anyone to it. Leadership Works approached Belletrist Design to usher their website into a modern site they could be proud of and eventually turn into a learning resource for their students.
Goals
The goals for LeadershipWorks’s new site, was to totally overhaul their old site, rebuild their website on a more powerful software platform, portraying what LeadershipWorks can do for their clients, as well as laying the foundation for an important learning resource for their students. A primary goal was to quickly and powerfully tell potential clients who they were, what they did and allow them to contact LeadershipWorks easily. This led to a general homepage as well as two flowing sales pages that captured what each of their programs were about relying on an emotive connection with the content.
