RubberRoofs™ is a new company providing expert roof waterproofing services to customers all over South Africa. We already assist them with their companies SEO and Google Ads and so they approached us to help build their brand through social media, consolidate their messaging and drive traffic and leads to their business through their website’s free quote form.
Having a good understanding of their target market and how their business operated we set out to boost their website’s lead generation by increasing their brand awareness on social media and driving more quality traffic to their online assets.
Goals:
- Grow RubberRoofs™ brand awareness as The Trusted Name In Waterproofing™.
- Drive traffic from their social media platforms to the website where customers could request a free quote.
How?
One of our best converting campaigns has been our retargeting campaign. This campaign shows branded banners to potential customers who visited the RubberRoofs™ website but did not complete the free quote form. This boosts the monthly conversion rate of the ad spend and increases the amount of leads coming into the business fantastically.
We have seen an increase of between 60 – 100 leads per month since starting the lead generation social media campaign.
We also wanted to put RubberRoofs™ in front of as many potential customers as possible so our social media team set out to design weekly social media posts that we could boost to their targeted audience.
A leaking roof can be a cause of anxiety for their potential customers and we didn’t want to elevate their stress but rather introduce RubberRoofs™ as a positive solution to their problems.
We created some social media guidelines for the posts so that the goals of traffic and lead generation were always top of mind when creating the messaging for the posts.
The Results.
RubberRoofs™ has seen a fantastic boost in the number of quality leads coming in through social media which has kept their sales team busy.
An additional 60 – 100 leads are generated each month through their social channels. This month we will be re-allocating budget from more traditional channels to further increase the budget used for social media ads so we can drive further traffic and leads. This is because the conversion rate seen from digital channels far surpasses the traditional media that was being employed.
